Day by day itinerary
Day 1. Delhi, Arrival & Welcome
Your chauffeur meets you at Delhi (DEL) arrivals and transfers you to your 5-star hotel, with the rest of the day free to shake off the flight.
If your energy allows, an evening stroll through the hotel's neighbourhood or a first Indian dinner eases you gently into the trip; otherwise simply rest for tomorrow's full day.
Day 2. Delhi, History & Street-Food Day
A full day threads Old and New Delhi: the Mughal Red Fort, the vast Jama Masjid, and a cycle-rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk's spice lanes, then India Gate, Humayun's Tomb and the Qutub Minar.
Woven through it is a guided street-food tour, parathas, chaat, kebabs and jalebi from the stalls locals actually queue at, with your guide navigating what to try and where.
Day 3. Agra, Gatimaan Express & Taj Mahal
You board the morning Gatimaan Express, India's fastest train, and reach Agra in around 100 minutes for check-in and lunch.
In the afternoon you enter the Taj Mahal with your guide, who unpacks the love story and flawless Mughal symmetry as the marble warms toward sunset, an unhurried two hours inside the complex.
Day 4. Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri & Jaipur
You begin at the red-sandstone Agra Fort, the Mughal seat of power where Shah Jahan spent his final years gazing across the Yamuna at the Taj.
You then drive to Jaipur via UNESCO-listed Fatehpur Sikri, Akbar's perfectly preserved abandoned capital, reaching the Pink City by evening with time at leisure.
Day 5. Jaipur, Amber Fort, Pink City & Shopping
The morning belongs to the honey-coloured Amber Fort above Maota Lake, with its Sheesh Mahal mirror hall (jeep ascent included), followed by the City Palace and the Jantar Mantar observatory.
The afternoon is for the Pink City bazaars and boutique ateliers, block-print textiles, blue pottery and gemstones, with your guide steering you to reputable workshops.
Day 6. Goa, Fly South to the Coast
After breakfast your chauffeur delivers you to Jaipur airport for the flight south to Goa, swapping desert forts for the Arabian Sea in a single afternoon.
On arrival you're met and transferred to your luxury beach resort, with the evening free to settle in, feel the sea air and enjoy your first coastal dinner.
Day 7. North Goa, Portuguese Heritage
You explore Old Goa's UNESCO-listed churches, the Basilica of Bom Jesus, holding St Francis Xavier's relics, and the vast Sé Cathedral, remnants of four centuries of Portuguese rule.
The afternoon takes in Fort Aguada, the 17th-century clifftop bastion and lighthouse above the Mandovi, with sweeping views over the sea and Sinquerim beach.
Day 8. Goa, Beach Leisure & Private Dinner
A full day at leisure on the sand, swim, laze under a shack umbrella, or add optional watersports like parasailing and jet-skiing.
As the sun drops you're hosted at a private beachside dinner, a candlelit table set on the shore with fresh Goan seafood and the sound of the surf.
Day 9. South Goa, Palolem & Temples
You head to quieter, greener South Goa and the crescent of Palolem beach, one of the coast's most beautiful bays, with time to swim or take a short dolphin-spotting boat ride.
En route you visit Hindu temples such as Shri Mangeshi, showing the other, older layer of Goan faith beneath the Portuguese churches.
Day 10. Goa, Spice Plantation & Elephants
An inland spice plantation tour walks you through cardamom, pepper, vanilla and nutmeg, finishing with a traditional Goan banana-leaf lunch cooked from the estate's own produce.
You'll have the chance to meet and bathe resident elephants, a gentle, welfare-minded encounter, before returning to the coast for the evening.
Day 11. Goa, Ocean Leisure & Spa
Your final full day is unstructured: sleep in, linger over breakfast and let the pace drop to nothing by the ocean.
A signature spa treatment, an ayurvedic massage or a sea-view therapy, rounds off the trip before a last Goan sunset.
Day 12. Goa, Departure
After a relaxed breakfast you're transferred to Goa airport in good time for your onward or international flight.
Your driver handles the logistics so your last morning stays calm, the culture-then-coast arc closes exactly as it should.

Frequently asked
Why fly to Goa instead of driving?
Goa is over 1,500 km from Jaipur, so a road trip would swallow two full days each way. A direct flight of around two and a half hours means you land in time for a sunset by the sea, keeping the beach week intact rather than spent in a car.
How much of this trip is culture versus beach?
The first five days are the classic Golden Triangle, Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, at a proper pace, and the final six are Goa. It's deliberately front-loaded: you do the monuments while fresh, then decompress on the coast. We can shift the balance either way on request.
Is Goa good for families or couples?
Both. Couples love the private beach dinner and spa days, while families get watersports, the spice plantation and gentle elephant bathing. Being fully private, the itinerary flexes to lazy mornings or busier days as your group prefers.
Which part of Goa will we stay in?
Your base is a luxury beach resort, typically in North Goa for its heritage sites and lively shacks, with a day trip south to tranquil Palolem. If you prefer the quieter south for your whole stay, we can base you there instead, just ask with your dates.
Are the elephant and spice experiences ethical?
We use plantations and sanctuaries that prioritise animal welfare, the elephant interaction is a supervised bathing experience, not a performance or heavy riding. If you would rather skip the animal element entirely, we simply extend your plantation and beach time.
Can we add more of South India after Goa?
Yes, Goa pairs naturally with a Kerala extension of backwaters and tea hills, or with Hampi's ruins inland. Since you're already flying south, adding a leg is straightforward. Share your dates and we'll design and quote the extension.
