The Brief

Vinyasa is a dynamic, breath-synchronised style of yoga where postures flow continuously. A MyTripMyTravel Vinyasa intensive pairs an experienced practitioner with a master teacher for a strong, creative, breath-led practice in a private Indian setting.

Vinyasa links breath to movement in a continuous flow — physically demanding, meditative in motion, and best taught by a teacher who can read and adjust a room of one.

Our intensives are for those who already move well and want to deepen flow, transitions, and breath under expert eyes, in Rishikesh or a private retreat.
