The Mission Protocol · Phase 03 — Debrief

MEMORY ARCHIVING

Memory Archiving is the closing phase of the Mission Protocol — the debrief that turns one mission into a better next one. It covers post-mission debrief, preference logging, feedback loop, and network cleanup. It is why a returning MyTripMyTravel traveller is met with memory, not a blank form.

Most operators end at drop-off. The protocol does not — the debrief is treated as part of the mission, because the value of what was learned is lost if it is not captured.

Preferences, what worked, what would change, and relationship context are logged so a returning traveller is recognised and a referred one inherits the learning rather than starting from zero.

Network cleanup closes the loop with the vetted partners and chauffeurs who delivered the mission, so quality is reinforced rather than assumed for next time.

What This Phase Covers

Post-Mission Debrief

A structured review of what worked and what would change — treated as part of the mission, not an afterthought.

Preference Logging

Traveller preferences and context recorded so a return or referral is met with memory, not a blank form.

Feedback Loop

Learnings fed back into curation so the next brief for this traveller (or profile) starts ahead.

Network Cleanup

Closing the loop with the chauffeurs and vetted partners who delivered, so quality is reinforced for the next mission.

MEMORY ARCHIVING FAQ

What is Memory Archiving?

The debrief phase of the Mission Protocol — post-mission review, preference logging, feedback loop, and network cleanup — so each mission improves the next.

Why does the debrief matter to me as a traveller?

Because a return or referral is met with memory, not a blank form — your preferences and context carry forward.

Does the protocol end at drop-off?

No — the debrief is treated as part of the mission; ending at drop-off would lose everything the mission taught.
