It begins with concept and a multi-day timeline — the run-of-show across mehndi, sangeet, ceremony, and reception — from which venue, decor, fleet, and dining requirements are derived rather than assembled piecemeal.
Vendor curation is led, not delegated: the weddings wing selects and contracts the specialist layers and holds accountability for them, so the family has one point of ownership instead of a dozen contracts to chase.
On-ground command is the delivery half — a mission lead and structure who run the wedding days to the documented run-of-show, absorbing the inevitable changes without the family feeling them.
